Doug’s Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap + Pasta Salad 

What you’ll need: 

for the chicken: 
4 chicken cutlets 
2 eggs 
bread crumbs mixture

for the bread crumbs mixture: 
2 teaspoons Garlic powder 
2 teaspoons Onion powder 
1 teaspoon paprika 
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
salt, pepper garlic blend ( we use Meat Church Blanco) 

for the Caesar dressing (best dressing ever!)
3/4 cup Mayo 
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard 
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic 
1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese 

for the pasta salad:
tri color pasta
Italian dressing 
mozzetta cheese pearls 
diced ham 
Cavenders seasoning 

How to make Doug’s Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap + Pasta Salad :

for the chicken caesar salad wrap:

  1. Drag chicken cutlets in egg wash then coat with bread crumb mixture above and go straight to air fryer.  Sprinkle a layer of Meat Church Blanco seasoning on top for extra seasoning! 20 minutes at 400 degrees in air fryer or until 165! 

  2. Once chicken if cooked- Chop and mix in a bowl with the contents of a caesar salad bag (Parm, Crutons, bacon bits).

  3. Stir together with caesar dressing and fill a tortilla to make wrap  and serve with pasta salad!!

    The chicken could also be good tossed in some buffalo sauce! 


    for the pasta salad:

    1. Cook pasta per instructions and let cool. 

    2. Add in Cavenders seasoning, Italian dressing, mozzarella pearls, ham and stir well then serve chilled!
