Quick & Easy French Dips

What you’ll need: 

Boar’s Head London broil 
Boar’s Head provolone 
Martin’s hoagies 
white onion 
beef consume 
russet potatoes for fries
air fryer of choice (we love our Ninja

How to make Quick + Easy French Dips:

  1. Peel and cut potatoes, toss in olive oil and season. Cook in air fryer for 15-20 min.

  2. Slice onion thin

  3. Bring beef consume to a slight boil. Add in onions and slightly reduce heat. 

  4. Place a few slices of London broil at time of boil in consume for 45-60 seconds and then pull out  and let drain. 

  5. Place provolone on hoagies, add London broil and onions to hoagies on top of cheese.

  6. Heat briefly in oven at 350 until cheese is melted.  

  7. Dip consume in small bowl for dipping.
