5 Ingredient Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

What you’ll need: 

1 cup uncooked rice cooked per directions or 1.5 bags of the boil in bag rice 
1 can of cream of chicken 
1 stick of butter 
1 10oz frozen broccoli cooked in microwave per directions (we used Publix brand)
16 oz of Mexican velveeta cheese 

How to make 5 Ingredient Broccoli and Cheese Casserole:

  1. Cook rice and broccoli separate, according to directions on package.

  2. Mix together butter (chopped) and velveeta (chopped) and cream of chicken.

  3. Fold it all in together and stir until cheese and butter are melted.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste and cook at 350 for 20 minutes and enjoy!

    Would make a great side dish for Thanksgiving!
