Doug’s Five Ingredient Hashbrown Casserole

What you’ll need: 

1 bag of shredded hashbrowns frozen (let them thaw a little bit)
16oz container of sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick of butter softened and cut up into cubes
2 cups mild cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

How to make Doug’s Five Ingredient Hashbrown Casserole:

  1. Preheat oven to 415 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.

  3. Put in 9x13 pan and smooth it out.

  4. Bake for 45-50 min or until a little brown on top.
