Quick + Easy Hot Sandwich Bake

What you’ll need: 

2 packages of Pillsbury croissants
1/4lb roast beef
1/4lb turkey
1/4lb of ham
6 slices of provolone cheese
6 slices of Colby Jack or cheddar cheese (we used Colby Jack)

How to make Quick + Easy Hot Sandwich Bake:

  1. In 9x12 glass baking dish, roll out 1 pkg of croissants and lay flat in bottom of baking dish (spread out to edges of dish).
    Pro tip: get bottom layer a little done before putting meat and cheese.

  2. Once browned slightly, then start layering meat and cheese.

  3. Roll out remaining of package of croissants and lay flat on top.

  4. Bake according to package directions.

    We sliced up some potatoes and made homemade potato wedges as the side. Doug likes to use Cavendars and Meat Church Blanco seasoning on his wedges with a little bit of olive oil and throw in the air fryer for 15-20 min.
