Buffalo Chicken Sliders

What you’ll need: 

Chicken -thinly sliced breasts or cutlets cut in half
1 Stick of Butter  
Bread Crumbs 
Paprika 
Garlic Powder 
Meat Church Blanco seasoning 
Hawaiian rolls 
Buffalo Sauce – I used Franks Ranch Buffalo
Pepper jack cheese 
Ranch mix 
Sour Cream 
Milk 
Shredded Lettuce 
Pickles 

How to make Buffalo Chicken Sliders:

  1. Mix ¼ teaspoon Paprika, ½ teaspoon Garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Meat Church Blanco Seasoning with bread crumbs

  2. Melt 3/4 stick butter and dredge chicken pieces in butter then coat in bread crumb mixture

  3. Air fry for 15-20 minutes (flipping once during cooking) until chicken exceeds 165 degrees internally

  4. Toss hot chicken in wing sauce to coat 

  5. Brush Hawaiian rolls with melted butter and top with garlic powder

  6. Place chicken on bottom of roll and cover with pepper jack cheese (leave tops on baking tray but don’t assemble yet).  Bake at 350 for 4 minutes

  7. Mix ranch seasoning and sour cream to recipe on the back of the packing or your liking (homemade ranch is the best)

  8. Assemble slider with lettuce, pickle and drizzle with ranch.
