Spinach and Artichoke Dip

What you’ll need: 

12 oz frozen chopped spinach 
1 jar artichoke hearts (14oz +/-)
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1/2 cup sour cream 
1 cup grated parmesan cheese 
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese 
6 oz cream cheese 
salt 
red paper flake for spice and favor 
pita bread

How to make Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Pita Chips:

  1. Preheat oven tp 350 degrees. Grease a casserole dish.

  2. Heat spinach 2-4 minutes in microwave and then squeeze dry.

  3. Drain artichoke hearts and chop or put in for food processor.

  4. Mix all ingredients together except for the pepper jack cheese 

  5. Add pepper jack to top of mixture 

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes 

    For the Pita Chips:
    Cut pita bread into triangles 
    Spray with olive oil spray and sprinkle with kosher salt 
    Bake at 400-425 for 7 - 9 minutes
