Hot Swiss Cheese + Bacon Dip 

What you’ll need: 

  8oz block of cream cheese
2 cup mayo
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onions
8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled 
½ cup crushed ritz crackers

How to make Hot Swiss Cheese and Bacon Dip:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, soften cream cheese in a bowl.

  2. Add Swiss cheese, mayo, green onions and bacon.

  3. Bake 15-20 min, then add the crushed ritz crackers then put back in oven for 5 minutes until ritz crumbles are brown.

  4. Let cool and serve with ritz crackers for dipping! Makes such a great appetizer!
